The Accounting page acts as the central hub for all financial activity in Propra, bringing together everything needed to manage payables, receivables, approvals, and reporting in one place. It helps property managers and controllers maintain accurate, organized, and efficient accounting processes.

In the top right of the Accounting page, you’ll also find the Balance Checker icon (a dollar sign with a check mark). This tool allows you to quickly check the available balance of a property’s operating account. This is especially useful when deciding whether to process payments, ensuring there are sufficient funds before approving or submitting transactions, and reducing the risk of failed payments or overdrafts during day-to-day accounting work.
