Here is how to use the check balance icon on Propra

Checking a Property Balance

Need to quickly check how much money is left for a property this month? Propra makes it easy with the Check Balance feature.

How to Check a Property’s Balance:

  1. Navigate to Accounting

    • In the side menu, click on Accounting.

  2. Click the Check Balance Icon

    • Look for the ($) sign with the checkmark and click on it:

  3. Enter Search Criteria

    • A pop-up window will appear. Enter:

      • Account

      • Property

      • Owner

Once you’ve entered the details, the system will display the available balance for that property. This allows you to see how much money is left to be spent in the current month.

This quick and efficient tool helps you stay on top of property finances with ease!
