The Properties page provides a centralized view of all properties in your portfolio. From this page, you can quickly locate properties, review occupancy status, identify ownership, and manage property information.
Deactivate a property

Lease renewal - no document signing

Property List Overview
Each property card displays key information about the property, including:
Property Name
Property Address
Property Photo
Property Owner
Assigned Team
Unit Count and Occupancy Status
The property photo displayed is the image uploaded to the property record.
Understanding the Unit Status Bar
Each property includes a coloured bar that provides a quick overview of the units within the property.
Grey Units
Grey indicates that there is currently no active lease associated with the unit.
Keep in mind that the unit may still have an upcoming lease scheduled to begin in the future.
Purple Units
Purple indicates that the unit currently has an active lease for a residential unit.
Gold Units
Gold indicates a condominium unit.
Teal Units
Teal indicates a commercial unit.
The status bar provides a quick visual reference for occupancy and unit types across your portfolio.
Blue Units
Blue indicates a common unit.
Searching for Properties
Use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly locate a property.
You can search by:
Property Name
Address
Owner
Unit Information
Filtering Properties
Select the filter icon in the top-right corner of the page to narrow your results.
Filters can be used to locate properties based on specific criteria such as:
Team
Property Type
Ownership Information
Other available property attributes
Filtering is especially useful for larger portfolios where properties are divided among multiple teams.
Sorting Properties
You can sort the property list by selecting the arrow beside a column heading.
To view the sorting arrow, hover your cursor over the column title.
For example, if you would like to sort the list by owner:
Hover over the Owner column heading.
Select the sorting arrow.
The list will sort in ascending or descending order.
Sorting can be used on many columns throughout the Properties page, making it easier to organize and locate information.
Property Actions
Select the Three-Dot Menu on a property to access additional management options.
Available actions include:
Update Unit Information in Bulk
Make changes to multiple units within a property at the same time, including:
Unit Factors
Other unit-related settings
Edit Property
Update property details such as:
Property Name
Address
Property Information
Assigned Team
Property Settings
Update Condo or Strata Fees in Bulk
Apply condo fee changes across multiple units within the property.
Update Rent in Bulk
Apply rent changes to multiple units at once.
This can save time when making portfolio-wide or property-wide updates.
To create a new property:
Select Add Property in the top-right corner.
Enter the property information.
Add units and complete the setup process.
The new property will then appear in your property list.
Importing Properties
If you are adding multiple properties at once, select Import Properties in the top-right corner of the page.
Importing properties allows you to create multiple property records using an import file rather than entering each property individually.
