Written by Karyn Millar

The Units page provides a complete list of all units in your property portfolio. This page makes it easy to quickly find units, review occupancy status, and navigate to the unit you need.

Accessing the Units Page

From the Dashboard menu, select Units.

The Units page displays every unit across your portfolio in one convenient location.

Finding a Unit

If you manage multiple properties or buildings, you can quickly locate a unit using:

  • Search Bar – Search by unit number, unit name, or property name.

  • Filter Button – Apply filters to narrow down your results.

These tools help you find specific units without having to browse through your entire portfolio.

Sorting the Unit List

You can sort the Units list by any column.

When you hover over a column header, an arrow will appear beside the column name.

  • Select the arrow to sort the list in ascending or descending order.

  • For example, you can sort by Unit, Property, or Occupancy to organize the list in the way that is most helpful for your workflow.

Understanding the Columns

The Units page includes three main columns:

Unit

Displays the unit name or number.

Property

Displays the property the unit belongs to.

This is especially helpful if you manage multiple buildings or properties and need to identify where a unit is located.

Occupancy

Shows whether the unit is currently occupied or vacant.

This allows you to quickly identify vacancies within your portfolio.

Viewing Deactivated Units

By default, only active units are displayed.

To view units that have been deactivated:

  1. Select the Deactivated checkbox.

  2. The list will refresh to display deactivated units.

This can be useful when reviewing historical records or previously managed units.

Changing Rows Per Page

At the bottom of the page, you'll see the Rows Per Page setting.

To display more or fewer units:

  1. Select the down arrow beside the current number.

  2. Choose your preferred number of rows.

This allows you to customize how many units are displayed on the screen at one time.
