Terminating a Lease

A lease may need to be terminated before the lease end date if a tenant moves out early or is evicted.

  1. Locate the unit with the lease that needs to be terminated, and scroll down past the Unit Details until you see the Lease Details
    ​

  2. From the kebab menu on the lease select Terminate Lease

  3. Enter the End Date and Move-out reason for the lease termination and click Terminate
