1. Navigate to the Lease

Go to the tenant’s Lease Page and select Manage Terms and Fees.

2. Choose How You Want to Renew

You have two options:

Option 1: Turn On Auto-Renew

  • Auto-Renew will automatically move the lease to a month-to-month term once the current term ends.

Option 2: Add a New Term

  • Select Add a Term.

  • Choose the type of lease renewal:

    • One Year

    • Custom Term

    • Month-to-Month

3. Set the New Lease Dates

  • If you select One Year, the system automatically fills in the new start and end dates.

  • If you select Custom, you can adjust the length by clicking the up or down arrows beside the number of months.

4. Review Lease Details

You can update:

  • Provisions

  • Utilities Included

Important:
Do not change the rent amount or security deposit within this flow.
Continue clicking through until you reach the end, then Finish & Save.

5. Need to Increase Rent?

If the rent amount is changing, schedule a Rent Increase separately. This ensures the adjustment is properly reflected in the tenant’s rent schedule.
