Auto generated rent receipts on resident portal
No more printing and sending receipts to tenants; receipts are automatically available to tenants on the resident portal
View expense back-up on Resident Portal
Easily share copies of invoices with owners by adding attachments to expenses and having them login to the Propra Resident Portal to view

Easily assign spaces to units and have a list to know what is available
Photos on Properties

Propra Autopay for recurring fees and one time payment collection
Have tenants sign up for Autopay to have their monthly fees and any other fees or charges automatically collected and reconciled

Contractors ability to add invoices onto requests
Know where you are at and pay vendors faster by having contractors attach their invoice to a maintenance request once work is complete so that the backup is readily available in the system for your review

AI generated resolutions on Requests
No more sifting through many comments to understand how a work order was resolved. Let AI do that work for you and provide a simple explanation of how issues were resolved, based on operator notes
Scheduled requests
Don't forget about important upcoming maintenance; have the requests automatically show up when they need to be addressed by creating future or recurring maintenance requests
Maintenance request tenant email replies
Replies to maintenance requests from tenants are automatically added to Notes on Requests, providing a record of communication
Push notifications for Propra for Operators App
Stay on top of your tasks with important reminders, such as when a timer has been running for more than 4 hours
