Recurring Maintenance Requests

Here’s how a property manager can create a recurring maintenance request through the manager web app.

  1. Select the desired property, then the unit that you want to create the request for.
  2. Click on the 3 dot menu on the right-hand side and select Create Scheduled Request.
  3. Fill in the applicable information, such as a summary of the request, applicable category, when should the next request be created, description, if billable or not, and the frequency. Click Save.


The recurring request will now be created. To manage recurring requests, go to Requests and select Scheduled Requests for the list of what has been scheduled. 


On the Next request date for a scheduled request, the request will move to the requests tab and you'll be able to schedule the first visit with an operator of your choosing.
