How Maintenance Requests are Created

Residents of buildings using Propra can easily report issues and schedule maintenance appointments all without setting up an account. They simply send an email to request@propra.io describing their issue, attaching images if they’d like, and then subsequently following the prompts in the confirmation email. 


It is important that resident emails are entered accurately in the system to ensure timely response and management of the issues. 


Requests can also be entered by property managers from a unit record. Residents will still receive communications when the job is completed. Click here to learn more about how property managers can create requests.
