Maintenance Request Statuses

In Propra maintenance requests can be filtered and sorted by request status - below is a list of these request statuses and what they each mean.

Request Statuses

  • Approval - Awaiting action by the property manager to complete.
  • Cancelled - The request has been cancelled.
  • Completed - The operator has completed the request.
  • Confirmed - An operator has been assigned and scheduled this request.
  • Missed - Operator has missed the scheduled appointment.
  • New Visit Requested - Operator has requested a new visit.
  • Overdue - The deadline to complete the request has been missed and no operator has visited to complete the task.
  • Submitted - Tenant requested maintenance and needs to be assigned an operator.
  • Visit Declined - Operator has declined the visit.
