Removing Scheduling Option for Residents

By default, when a resident is submitting a maintenance request, they have the option to select one or multiple times that they would prefer to have a maintenance person come. These times are populated based on the schedules that you have set for your operators.


However, if you would like to not provide the option for residents to select a time, an Admin user on your account can turn this off in account settings.


  • Go to Account in the left side menu under the heading Settings.
  • In the Account Information section, select Edit.


  • Under Resident Request Scheduling, select None.
