In Propra maintenance requests can be filtered and sorted by request status - below is a list of these request statuses and what they each mean.
Request Statuses
- Approval - Awaiting action by the property manager to complete.
- Cancelled - The request has been cancelled.
- Completed - The operator has completed the request.
- Confirmed - An operator has been assigned and scheduled this request.
- Missed - Operator has missed the scheduled appointment.
- New Visit Requested - Operator has requested a new visit.
- Overdue - The deadline to complete the request has been missed and no operator has visited to complete the task.
- Submitted - Tenant requested maintenance and needs to be assigned an operator.
- Visit Declined - Operator has declined the visit.
