Creating a Floor Plan

Create a floor plan and assign them to units on your properties to improve 

• Campaign listings with unit features, market rates, photos and website links
• Inspection layouts used for inspections

Floor plans will update the unit information after they have been assigned. You can override the floor plan specs by editing a specific unit.

To create a floor plan 

1. Go to the property you want to add a floor plan to
   
2. Click on Property Details and then Floor Plan from the property details menu
3. Click Create Floor Plan
4. Add a name for this floor plan
5. Add a description that may be used to enhance campaign listings (optional)
6. Add the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, interior sq ft and exterior sq ft
7. Add a market rate for that unit type 
8. Define the layout of the floor plan that will be used in inspections 
   • You can create a new layout from scratch or start from an existing layout
   • Add or remove areas and features in those areas
   • You can choose from our existing features or add new ones
9. Add additional features that are specific to the unit type for this floor plan. These features will be used in campaigns, along with property amenities, to highlight what the unit offers
10. Add photos for this unit type to be used in campaigns
11. Add any external links
12. Select the units you want to assign this floor plan. The selected units will update with the floor plan information once you click Create Floor Plan
