Modified on Tue, Jul 9 at 1:26 PM

The Rental Overview section of the Dashboard provides visibility into the current status of your units.

Depending on what is within your portfolio, you may see Commercial Rental Overview, Residential Rental Overview, or both.

There are 5 statuses that are displayed on these charts:

  • Leased units, reported in dark purple
  • Available units, reported in light purple
  • First expiry threshold*, reported in green (the screenshots in this article have the expiry threshold set to 60 days)
  • Second expiry threshold*, reported in yellow (the screenshots in this article have the expiry threshold set to 120 days)
  • Expiring in <15 days, reported in red

*The first and second expiry threshold are user-defined and can be set up by an Admin on the Expiry Threshold tab within Lease and Unit Settings.

There will be 6 tabs available that further drilldown the information that was presented on the charts:

  • Available: lists the units that are currently empty
  • Expiring in <7 days: lists the units with leases that have a lease end date within the next 7 days
  • Expiring in 8-15 days: lists the units with leases that have a lease end date within the next 8 to 15 days
  • Expiring in {first expiry threshold} days: lists the units that have a lease end date within the number of days set for the first expiry threshold in the Expiry Threshold settings. The screenshots in this article have the expiry threshold set to 60 days.
  • Expiring in {second expiry threshold} days: lists the units that have a lease end date within the number of days set for the first expiry threshold in the Expiry Threshold settings. The screenshots in this article have the expiry threshold set to 120 days.
  • Next Anniversary: lists the units that have month-to-month leases where the anniversary of the start date falls within the 2nd defined threshold.

Units that do not expire within any of the defined timeframes will not appear in these reports.

The information available in any of these tabs can be filtered by unit name, property name, unit type, address, auto-renewal status or lease-end date. It can also be exported to a spreadsheet or PDF.
