Lease and Unit Settings allow you to define the monthly fees that can be included on leases, expiry thresholds for reporting, and requirements that must be met before a potential applicant can submit their application.
To access Lease and Unit Settings, click on Account on the left side menu under Settings. At the top of your screen, you can click on the Lease and Unit tab. This will allow you to access the options for Monthly Fees, Expiry Threshold, and Campaigns.
Monthly fees
Here you can manage the options that are available for monthly fees on leases and units.
To create a new fee:
- Click Add Monthly Fee
- Enter the name of the fee and click Save
To manage any existing fees, you can click the menu next to the fee name and opt to edit or delete the existing fee.
To map these fees to the appropriate accounts, you'll then need to go to Fee Mapping under the Accounting tab in Settings.

Expiry Threshold
Here you can define the number of days for lease expiry threshold days. These thresholds are used for:
- Triggering notifications when a lease is within that threshold
- Updating the the Rental Availability dashboard to include the leases that meet these requirements

Campaigns
Here you can define which documents are required when applications are submitted.
To set up a requirement, click Add Rule. Then define how many and of which document types are required.
