The Income Statement Detail report is similar to the Income Statement report, however, it shows all the transactions that make up the total amount for each line in the report. This is a useful report to share with owners who like to see the detail of the revenue received and expenses paid out. This is also a useful report for use in treasurer packages with condominium boards as it provides detail similar to a General Ledger Detail or G/L Detail report.
Here’s how to generate an Income Statement Detail report:
Go to Accounting using the left-hand menu
Click on Reports on top right hand side
Click on Property Income Statement Detail report
Choose property and owner from drop down menus and select date range
Click Open
The report will now open. If you wish to print, you can select Print Preview or to export to a spreadsheet, select the green paper icon located on the top right corner of the report.
