Bundled Reports

Bundled Reports allows for easy financial statement review and owner report package preparation. Different groups of financial statements can be grouped together to meet a variety of business needs. After running the bundled reports, the reports for each property and owner are available to review in a single PDF. Three different review flags are available to help keep track of the workflow and those reports can be shared directly to the property owner's portal.

To create a bundle or group of reports :

1. Go to Accounting using the left-hand menu

2. Click on Reports on top right hand side 

3. Click on the kebab menu in Bundled Reports and select Manage Bundles 

4. Click Add Report Bundle

5. Create a name for the bundle. This name will be displayed as the document name on the owner's portal

6. Select the reports that should be included. The order that you select the reports is the order that they will be generated within each bundle.

7. Click Save

To run the report bundle for properties and owners:

1. Go to Accounting using the left-hand menu

2. Click on Reports on top right hand side 

3. Click on Bundled Reports 

4. Click New Bundle

5. Select a previously created bundle of reports, click Next: Select Owners

6. Select all the property and owners that a report bundle should be created for, click Next: Select Dates

7. Enter the start and end dates, click Run Report Bundle

8. The reports will start to prepare in batches and when each bundle is ready to view it have a status of Completed. 

Reviewing and sending bundled reports

• When the status is completed click on the download icon to open the report bundle in a new tab to review
• Use the review flags to indicate if the state of the financials. 
• Use the garbage can to delete a bundle. The bundles are available to review, download and send for 7 days so that you do not need to manage the content of the table
• To shared bundles to an owner's portal: select each bundle that is ready to share and click on the Share button above the table
