Once a maintenance request is received, the request will need to either be assigned or delegated to an operator. So it will be important to have your team members and contractors that tend to maintenance requests set up as operators in the platform. Click here to learn more about how to add an operator.
Once you have successfully created your operator accounts, you can now onboard your operators.
Schedule operator onboarding training with your Propra onboarding specialist.
Communicate the new request process to operators.
Get operators to download and install the Operator App.
Download the Propra for Operators app from the Apple or Google Play store.
Operators can log in with the email address associated with their system account and link their calendars through the app.
