Launch settings app on your device
Click on notifications
Find the Propra app on the list of apps
Enable the “allow notifications” toggle switch
Android:
Launch settings app on your device
Click notifications then app settings
Click on the Propra app on the list of apps
Enable the toggle beside the Propra app icon
