How to Schedule Operators for Maintenance Requests

Now that you have gotten a request from a tenant and/or created a request on behalf of the tenant you can schedule or delegate your operators to the desired request. Requests that have a status of Submitted should be assigned to a staff or contractor operator


Steps:

  1. Click Requests

  2. Select the desired request (you can search the property or filter the requests by status)

  3. Once the request has been selected you can review the information and determine what maintenance operator best suits the maintenance request.

  4. Now Schedule or Delegate an operator by selecting a date and time that works within the calendar. Alternatively, you can click the purple arrows to search for an operator by name.

  5. Click Assign.

  6. The selected operator will now receive a notification via email as well as on the app notifying them that they have a request to complete.
