Written by Karyn Millar

The Dashboard is located at the top left of the Propra menu and serves as the main homepage for your portfolio overview.

Selecting Dashboard will take you to your portfolio dashboard where you can review property performance, requests needing attention, occupancy details, collections, and important operational updates.

Dashboard Homepage

The dashboard homepage provides a quick overview of your portfolio and important system activity.

At the top of the page, you will see:

  • Your user name

  • The feature updates icon

  • The Customer Success Knowledge Center link

Feature Updates Icon

In the top right corner of the dashboard, you will see a light bulb icon. A red bubble will indicate an update has been posted.

This is where Propra posts updates about:

  • New features

  • System improvements

  • Product changes

  • Newly released tools

When you click the light bulb icon:

  1. A list of recent updates will appear

  2. Select an update to open the full article

  3. Review detailed information about what was added or changed in Propra

This is the best place to stay informed about new functionality within the platform.

Customer Success Knowledge Center

Beside the light bulb icon is the question mark (?) icon.

Selecting this icon will open the Customer Success Knowledge Center where you can search for support articles and guides related to Propra features and workflows.

You can search for topics such as:

  • Lease Renewals

  • Accounting

  • AutoPay

  • Requests

  • Listings

  • Reports

This gives managers a quick snapshot of portfolio performance and operational activity.

Requests Needing Attention

This section helps you stay on top of maintenance requests that require action.

It highlights requests that are:

  • Submitted

  • Missed

  • Delayed

  • Requiring new visits to be assigned

How to use this section

  1. Review the list of requests shown here

  2. Click into any request to see details and take action

  3. If you want to see everything for your selected properties, click View All Issues

    • This will take you to Requests and show all cases related to your filtered properties

Dashboard Dropdown Menu

The Dashboard menu also contains additional dropdown sections including:

  • Violations

  • Rent increase opportunities
