The Signatures page gives you a clear, real-time view of all documents that have been sent out for signing and are still awaiting completion. It acts as your central hub for tracking outstanding signatures so you always know exactly who you’re waiting on and what still needs to be completed.

To navigate to the Signatures page select the drop down menu on the Dashboard then select Signatures.

What You’ll See

Each row on the Signatures page represents a document that has been sent for signing but has not yet been fully completed. For each document, you’ll see key details to help you quickly understand the status:

  • Property Address – The unit or property tied to the document

  • Document Type – For example, lease renewal or campaign lease document

  • Residents Pending Signature – The individuals who still need to sign

  • Lease Term – The duration of the lease associated with the document

  • Monthly Rent Amount – The agreed rent for the lease

This information makes it easy to quickly scan and prioritize follow-ups.

Taking Action

From the Signatures page, you can take action directly without needing to navigate elsewhere:

  • Send Reminder – Prompt residents to complete their signatures if they haven’t yet

  • Dismiss Signature Request – Remove the document from the signing workflow if it is no longer needed

  • Download Document – Access and save a copy of the document at any time

What Happens When a Document Is Signed

Once all required parties have signed a document, it is automatically removed from the Signatures page. This ensures the page only shows items that still require attention, keeping your workflow clean and focused.

Where does the document go?
To the Unit Lease Documents tab. You can also see past documents when you generate the form.
