Creating a Budget

Budgets can be made and saved for revenue and expense accounts for each fiscal year for a property. After a budget has been saved you can compare the budgeted values to the actuals in the property income statement report.


  1. Go to the Task page and click Budget
  2. Select the property and owner for the budget
  3. Select the fiscal year 
  4. Enter the monthly budgeted values 
  5. Click save
