Here’s how a property manager can create a maintenance request through the manager web app.
Steps:
- Login to Propra at https://propra.app.
- Select the desired property, then unit that you want to create the request for.
- Click on the 3 dot menu on the right hand side and select Create Request.
- Fill in the applicable information such as a summary of the request, applicable category, and When the issue first occurred.
- Click Submit. This will then create a maintenance request where you can schedule the ideal operator for the needed maintenance.
