Document Signing Order
Define the order in which documents are signed when sending a lease form from Campaigns or Lease Renewals:
Choose whether the property manager signs first
Or if the resident signs first
Application Terms & Disclosures
Add additional custom terms and disclosures
These will appear on campaign applications which the applicant will need to agree to in order to submit their application.
Required Campaign Documents
Set rules for which documents are required when someone applies through a campaign
The applicants will then need to upload the requested documents in order to complete their application

Monthly fees must be created before they can be added to leases
Expiry thresholds help with planning renewals and campaigns
