Learn how to manage documents in Propra, including uploading lease forms, setting signing order, adding application terms and disclosures, and defining required campaign documents.

Documents

The Documents tab allows you to manage lease-related documents and application requirements.

Upload Lease Documents

  • Upload your custom lease forms and templates

  • These documents can be used during leasing and signing workflows


Document Signing Order

Define the order in which documents are signed when sending a lease form from Campaigns or Lease Renewals:

  • Choose whether the property manager signs first

  • Or if the resident signs first


Application Terms & Disclosures

  • Add additional custom terms and disclosures

  • These will appear on campaign applications which the applicant will need to agree to in order to submit their application.


Required Campaign Documents

  • Set rules for which documents are required when someone applies through a campaign

  • The applicants will then need to upload the requested documents in order to complete their application


Key Things to Know

  • Monthly fees must be created before they can be added to leases

  • Expiry thresholds help with planning renewals and campaigns

  • Document settings control leasing workflows, signatures, and application requirements
