Residential Portal Settings
The Residential Portal Settings allow you to control what residents see and interact with when using their portal in Propra. To edit your settings go to Account Settings and select the Residential Portal tab.
Maintenance Request Preferences
You can choose whether residents are prompted to provide preferred times when submitting a maintenance request.
Preferred Time Options (Preferences)
When enabled, residents will be able to select preferred times for access:
Morning
Afternoon
Evening
These options are available across the next three days.
Important:
This does not schedule the visit
It simply provides helpful insight so property managers or operators can coordinate more efficiently with the resident. This will be shown in the Maintenance Request Visit box as well as the Operators app (Staff) when reviewing the task details or the Operators (Contractor) link with the task details.
If Disabled (None)
Residents will not see the preferred time option when creating a maintenance request
Show Cancelled Requests
You can also choose whether cancelled maintenance requests are visible to residents.
If Enabled:
Cancelled requests will appear in the resident portal
Residents can clearly see that their request has been cancelled
Important:
This does not include a cancelled visit. This will only show if the full Request itself has been cancelled.
If Disabled:
Cancelled requests will not be shown in the resident portal
