Operators log in using the email listed in their contact profile via a magic link.
Important: If a staff member’s email is also used as an authorized Propra.app user, the operator login will not work because each email is tied to a unique ID.
Staff members who need access to both administrative tasks and operator functions will require two separate email addresses.
