1. Propra.app – For Property Management Companies

  • This is the desktop platform for property management companies to log in and complete their daily tasks.

  • Only authorized users have access.

  • Permissions are assigned based on user roles, ensuring staff only see and manage the areas they are responsible for.

  • Use this platform for tasks such as creating listings, managing leases, completing accounting, and generating reports.

2. Propra.io – For Residents (Tenants and Owners)

  • This is the resident portal where tenants and owners can log in to view their:

    • Leases

    • Assets

    • Documents

    • Billing information

    • Maintenance requests

  • Property managers do not have access to these portals; each resident sees only their own information.

3. Propra for Property Managers App

  • This mobile app is for authorized Propra.app users to complete on-site tasks.

  • Typical uses include:

    • Conducting inspections

    • Scanning bills or documents

    • Accessing property, unit, or tenant information while onsite

    • Using QR codes for showings or application links

4. Propra for Operators App – For Staff Operators

  • This app is specifically for staff operators listed under the Operators page in Propra.

  • Operators log in using the email listed in their contact profile via a magic link.

  • Important: If a staff member’s email is also used as an authorized Propra.app user, the operator login will not work because each email is tied to a unique ID.

  • Staff members who need access to both administrative tasks and operator functions will require two separate email addresses.

💡 Tip: Make sure your team members are assigned the correct platform based on their role to avoid login issues and ensure smooth operations.
