Billing Settings

Learn how to view and update billing details in Propra, including editing payment information and understanding when changes take effect.

Billing Page

The Billing page in Propra becomes available once Autopay is activated. This is where your billing details are stored and managed for charges to your account. This is only visible if you have Books Admin permissions.


Viewing Billing Details

On the Billing page, you can view the current billing information used to process charges on your account.

Updating Billing Information

To make changes:

  • Select the pencil icon on the Billing page

  • Update your billing details as needed

  • Save your changes


Timing for Updates

Important:
Any updates to billing information must be made at least one business day before a charge is processed.

  • Changes made after this timeframe may not be reflected in the upcoming billing cycle

  • Updates will apply to the next billing cycle instead


Key Things to Know

  • The Billing page is only available once Autopay is enabled

  • This is where all billing details for your account are managed

  • Be sure to update information in advance to avoid failed or incorrect charges
