Once you have reviewed your applicants and chosen the one you want to approve, it’s time to send the lease through Propra.
Approve the Applicant
You can send the lease by:
Going into the application and select Approve Application
Select Create Lease Offer
Select the unit you wish to move the applicant into.
Enter the details for your new lease.
Select your Lease Form and review the document details.
Sign the lease and then Send to Applicant to sign. The applicant cannot make any changes to the form.
After both parties have signed:
A PDF copy of the lease is created.
It’s saved automatically under Lease Documents for the unit.
The tenant will have a copy in their Resident Portal and can download the document after signing.
When the lease is signed, the listing automatically closes — and your new tenant is officially onboarded! 🎉
