Condo special levy allows you to record a special assessment amount receivable for each condo unit in a condo property. It uses the unit factor (unit entitlement for BC properties) to calculate how much each unit’s special levy will be. The unit factor is found and can be edited from on the unit details page.
From the Task page click on Condo Special Levy
Select the condo property you wish to create the special levy for
Enter the due date
Update the description if you want to add more detail
Enter the total special levy amount for the whole property
Enter the posting date
Click create
Review and adjust the amounts if desired
Click Post Condo Special Levy to record the special levy for collection
