Rent Roll pulls the active residential lease information from all your properties and creates entries that will be saved in Receivables to manage and make deposits. The first time you run Rent Roll you will need to confirm which revenue accounts you want to use.

  1. From the Task page click on Rent Roll

  2. Select which properties you wish to create rent roll accounts receivable entries for

  3. Enter the posting date

  4. Click create

  5. Review and adjust the amounts if desired. The amounts are taken from residential lease records

  6. Click Post Residential Rent Roll to record the rents for collection

If you are enrolled in Autopay your rent roll transactions are automatically created for you on the last day of the prior month. Those properties will not generate any data when using this task. This is to minimize the risk of duplicate entries.

If you enrolled in Autopay after the Autopay processing has already run and forgotten to post your rent roll, you will need to post it manually.

In order to do that you must go into the Autopay menu, click on properties, and turn "collections enabled" OFF (grey) for that particular property.

You will then be able to run the above manual task.

After you've run that and posted rent, you can return to the Autopay menu and toggle "collections enabled" back ON (purple).
