If a user needs their account password reset and is unable to use "Forgot Password" because it was a temporary password, any Admin user can recreate the account by following these steps:
- Click on Account in the left-hand menu under Settings.
- Click the toggle in the Enabled column to disable the user.
- In the 3-dot (kebab) menu, select Delete.
- Click Add User to restore the user's account. A new temporary password will be sent to their email address.
