Updating condo fees is an essential part of property management. In Propra, condo fees can be adjusted or updated to reflect changes for each unit in a property. Follow the steps below based on your specific needs:
Access the Properties Menu
- On the side menu, click Properties.
Locate the Property
- Find the property where the update is needed.
- Click the kebab menu (three dots) next to the property name and select Update Condo Fees.
Choose Fee Allocation
- Select how condo fees should be divided:
- Split by Unit Factor: Fees are calculated proportionally based on unit factors.
- Even Split by Unit: Fees are evenly distributed across all units.
- Select how condo fees should be divided:
Enter Adjustments
- If adjusting existing condo fees, select Enter an adjusting amount and input the monthly increase amount.
Update Other Fees (Optional)
- To adjust other fees, select Update other monthly fees on condo unit.
- Click Add Fee and choose the applicable fees to update.
Review and Finalize
- Verify each unit's fees. Make individual changes as needed.
- Optionally, export the unit listing to a spreadsheet by clicking Export.
Save Changes
- Once all updates are confirmed, click Save to apply the new fees.
Note: The updated fees will reflect in all relevant reports and payment schedules immediately.
