The Owner Balance Sheet shows one owner's financial position on a single date, combining every property they own.
Use it to answer owner questions about what is held on their behalf, what they owe, and their equity at month end.
How to run it

Under Income Statements and Balance Sheets, click Owner Balance Sheet.
Choose the Owner and check the End Date.
