Tags

Tags help property managers organize information, identify important details, and quickly find records throughout Propra.

You can add custom tags to properties, units, tenants, owners, operators, suppliers, and maintenance requests. Tags are flexible and can be customized to fit your business needs.

Why Use Tags?

Tags allow you to:

  • Organize your portfolio

  • Identify special property features

  • Track tenant requirements

  • Highlight important owner information

  • Organize suppliers and contractors

  • Group maintenance requests

  • Quickly search for records with similar characteristics

For example, if you need to find all properties with a pool, all units with balconies, or all suppliers that perform plumbing work, tags make this easy.

Viewing Available Tags

At any time, you can view your tag list by pressing:

Command + K (Mac)

or

Ctrl + K (Windows)

This will open the search window where you can view and search available tags.

Adding Tags

Tags can be added to:

  • Properties

  • Units

  • Tenants

  • Owners

  • Operators

  • Suppliers

  • Maintenance Requests

You can add multiple tags to a record to make searching and reporting easier.


Property Tags

Property tags are commonly used to identify amenities, building features, or management requirements.
