How Move-In and Move-Out Data Is Generated
Move-in and move-out dates are automatically pulled from lease information within Propra.
When creating or updating a lease:
The move-in date is entered during lease setup
The move-out date is recorded when ending or updating a lease
These dates are then automatically reflected in the Move-In / Move-Out page to ensure consistency across the system.
Why This Page Is Useful
The Move-In / Move-Out page helps property managers:
Track tenant turnover history
Monitor occupancy changes
Plan unit availability and leasing cycles
Analyze seasonal leasing trends
Support reporting and portfolio performance reviews
By keeping move-in and move-out data centralized and easy to filter, Propra helps teams stay organized and make informed operational decisions.
