Campaign Threshold Settings Explained

The campaign threshold controls which units are eligible to be listed in a campaign based on how soon their lease is expiring.

How It Works

A unit can only be used in a campaign if its lease expiry date falls within the threshold you’ve set.

  • The threshold represents the maximum number of days before lease expiry

  • Only leases expiring within that timeframe can be included in a campaign

Example

  • Lease expires in 75 days

  • Your threshold is set to 60 days
→ ❌ You cannot create a campaign for this unit yet

  • Lease expires in 75 days

  • Your threshold is set to 75 days or more
    → ✅ You can create a campaign

Key Rule

Your threshold must be equal to or greater than the number of days remaining on the lease for the unit to be eligible.

Why This Matters

  • Prevents listing units too far in advance

  • Keeps campaigns aligned with your leasing timeline

  • Ensures availability shown to prospects is accurate and actionable
