Learn how to set up and manage your profile in Propra, including configuring your signature, language preferences, and notification settings.

My Profile Tab

This page is all about you — your personal settings within Propra.

  • In the top section, you can add your signature, email, phone number, and select your language by selecting the pencil icon.

  • You can also update your password by clicking the lock icon in the top-right corner.

Notifications

Users can customize their notification preferences at the individual level.

To update your settings:

Choose which notifications you’d like to receive. Selecting the drop down arrow will allow you to choose specific notifications for each feature.

These preferences apply per user, similar to other notification settings in the system.
For example, if Greg is logged in and adjusts notification settings, those changes apply only to Greg’s account — not to any other users.

Notification Types

  • SMS: Sends a text message to your phone with a link


  • Email: Sends an email with a link to the notification


  • In-App: Displays a notification in the bottom left corner of the platform


  • and stores it in the Notifications tab under the Communication feature


If the SMS or Email option is greyed out you will need to update your contact information above by selecting the pencil icon to edit and adding the email address or phone number.

Managing In-App Notifications

From the Notifications tab, you can:

  • View notifications

  • Mark notifications as read

  • Delete notifications
