The Property Details page is where you’ll store and organize all key information about a property — from building specifications to suppliers and utilities. Keeping this section updated ensures your listings, reports, and communications stay accurate and professional.

Here’s a breakdown of each tab you’ll find under Property Details:

1. General

  • Basic property information: name, reference code, address, contact number

  • Number of buildings, onsite staff, property type (rental, commercial, condo/strata), legal description

  • Photo - upload a photo of the property. If you need to change this you can upload a new photo.
💡 Tip: Double-check this info before creating listings or reports — it appears across multiple areas of Propra.

2. Building Specs

  • Construction year, number of floors, number of units, square footage

  • Elevator, parking, or other building-specific details

3. Suppliers

  • Assign preferred service providers: maintenance contractors, cleaning companies, landscaping, snow removal, utilities
💡 Helpful reference for your team when assigning work orders or contacting vendors.

4. Amenities

  • Property features such as Recreation, Security, Storage, Vehicle, Pets, Green Space, Waste, Accessibility, Services

  • This info is shared in listings for campaigns

5. Utilities

8. Insurance

  • Upload certificates and track coverage dates

9. Assignments

  • Helps organize and track what resources are allocated to each tenant or unit
💡 Keeping this updated ensures staff know exactly what is assigned where.

10. Photos

  • Upload images of the property for reference or marketing purposes

  • Photos help staff recognize the property and appear in listings or campaigns

11. Notes

  • Internal notes or reminders about the property
💡 Notes are for internal use only, not visible to tenants or owners.
