What does the floor plan do in Propra?
Allows you to share the unit features, photos, and virtual tour links in your campaign listing.
The area and features are used in your inspections feature.
Floor plans will update the unit information after they have been assigned. You can override the floor plan specs by editing a specific unit.
To create a floor plan
Go to the property you want to add a floor plan to
Click on Property Details and then Floor Plan from the property details menu
Click Create Floor Plan
Add a name for this floor plan
Add a description that may be used to enhance campaign listings (optional)
Add the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, interior sq ft and exterior sq ft
Add a market rate for that unit type
Define the layout of the floor plan that will be used in inspections
You can create a new layout from scratch or start from an existing layout
Creating from scratch will give you a blank canvas
Creating from existing property's floor plan will allow you to select another template used from another property
Or you can create a new default floor plan
You can edit the area name, and remove areas and features in those areas by selecting the X
You can choose from our existing features or add new ones by typing in the feature text box
You can also add areas (ie Bedroom 3) by selecting Add Area which will appear on the bottom of the list
Add additional features that are specific to the unit type for this floor plan. These features will be used in campaigns, along with property amenities, to highlight what the unit offers
Add photos for this unit type to be used in campaigns
Add any external links (be sure to press enter before moving to the next page so that the link saves)
Select the units you want to assign this floor plan. The selected units will update with the floor plan information once you click Create Floor Plan
Editing a floor plan and photos
If you need to edit your floor plan go to the property details tab and select Floor Plan. From here select the three dot menu and click on Edit.
This will allow you to walk through the creation steps again
You can upload additional photos or remove photos from this page. To delete a photo click on the photo and the garbage can icon will appear to allow you to delete the photo
You can make other edits on the floor plan by clicking on the floor plan itself
From here you can see a preview of the information and a list of the units assigned to this floor plan
To change the order of your photos select the pencil icon and simply click on the 4 line icon to drag and drop the photos to the order of your liking
