1. All Units
This tab shows every unit within the property.
Here, you can:
View the occupancy type (rental or owner-occupied)
See parking and storage assignments
Check lease expiry dates
Search for a specific unit using the search bar
View deactivated units by selecting the checkbox to include them in your list
💡 Tip: Use this tab as your main overview of the entire property and its current occupancy status.
2. Residential
This tab displays only the residential units within the property.
It’s perfect for when you want to focus on your tenant-occupied spaces without seeing other unit types like Common or Commercial.
3. Common Units
If your property includes shared areas, such as:
Laundry rooms
Party rooms
Lobbies
Parkades
Shared bathrooms or gardens
You’ll find them here. Each area will display its name and the building it belongs to.
💡 Common units help you track and organize spaces that are used by multiple residents. These units are charged but are important to have for allocating costs and assigning maintenance requests.
4. Financial
The Financial tab shows all transactions related to that property.
You can filter the view by:
GL account
Owner
Date range
Each transaction line shows:
Date
Account
Reference number
Property/Unit
Description
Amount
Remaining balance
You can also export this list by selecting the Export button in the top-right corner — great for sharing reports or reconciling records.
This tab is where you’ll enter and review the core details of your property.
These details are especially important when creating campaigns and listing available units, as they populate key information across your marketing and leasing tools.
💡 Be sure your property details are accurate and complete before creating a campaign — it saves time and prevents missing information in your listings.
