Navigate to Account under Settings.
Go to My Profile
Scroll down to My notifications and select the down arrow to open the options. Select the box for Email or SMS. If the SMS or Email option is greyed out you will need to update your contact information above by selecting the pencil icon to edit.
Here is an example of an email notification:

Only the user who is currently logged in can manage their own notifications.
For example, if Greg is logged in and adjusts notification settings, those changes apply only to Greg’s account — not to any other users.
