Notifications

Learn how to manage notification preferences in Propra, including SMS, email, and in-app alerts. This article covers customizing notifications in your profile and how to view, mark as read, or delete them.

Notifications

Users can customize their notification preferences at the individual level.

To update your settings:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select My Profile

  3. Choose which notifications you’d like to receive. Selecting the drop down arrow will allow you to choose specific notifications for each feature.

These preferences apply per user, similar to other notification settings in the system.
For example, if Greg is logged in and adjusts notification settings, those changes apply only to Greg’s account — not to any other users.

Notification Types

  • SMS: Sends a text message to your phone with a link


  • Email: Sends an email with a link to the notification


  • In-App: Displays a notification in the bottom corner of the platform


  • and stores it in the Notifications tab under the Communication feature


If the SMS or Email option is greyed out you will need to update your contact information above by selecting the pencil icon to edit.

Managing In-App Notifications

From the Notifications tab, you can:

  • View notifications

  • Mark notifications as read

  • Delete notifications
