Propra offers three ways to provide rent receipts to tenants:
Resident Portal: Tenants can access automatically generated rent receipts on the Billing page at propra.io.
Rent Invoice: You can print a PDF of the rent invoice and send it to the tenant.
Payee Statement: Review and share the payee statement as an alternative record of payments. This is located in Accounting under Reports.
You can upload these on the documents tab on a tenant's profile if you would like.
