If you need to process something for a deactivated owner in Propra, follow these steps to temporarily reactivate their account, complete the required actions, and properly close it again.
Steps to Work with a Deactivated Owner
Check if the Owner is Deactivated
Navigate to the Owners Table check off the "Show Deactivated" Box and look for the previous owner.
If deactivated, click on the three-dot menu and select Reactivate Owner.
Refresh the Software
Once the owner is reactivated, refresh Propra to ensure all changes take effect.
Create an Invoice
Generate a new invoice and select the reactivated owner.
Review the Receivables Report
The invoice will now appear in the Receivables Report and the Receivables Table as an individual entry, separate from any unit.
Process Incoming Payment
When the payment arrives, deposit the funds against the outstanding amount in the Accounts Receivable (AR) Table.
Deactivate the Owner Again
Once the owner's account has been settled, navigate to their profile and select Deactivate Owner to keep records accurate.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage transactions for deactivated owners while keeping financial records organized in Propra.
