Locating and Managing Tenant Insurance Information in Propra

Accessing Insurance Information

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard:

    • Start by clicking on the Dashboard from the side menu.

  2. Click on the Pie Charts:

    • Scroll down to the Circular Charts displayed below the main dashboard overview.

    • Click on the chart displaying the information you want to access.

  1. View Residential Information:

    • Click on the relevant chart to bring up the Residential Information page.

  2. Locate the Insurance Tab:

    • At the top of the residential information page, select the Insurance Tab to view all tenant policies.


Managing Tenant Insurance

  • Viewing Policies:

    • The insurance tab provides a detailed overview of all active tenant insurance policies, including policy details and expiry dates.

  • Adding New Policies:

    • Use this section to add or update tenant insurance information when necessary.

    • Do that by clicking on one of the tenants or units and adding the policy from there after scrolling down.

  • Tracking Expiry Dates:

    • Easily monitor and track policy expiry dates to ensure all tenant insurance information stays up to date.

Tenants can update their insurance information in the Propra Tenant Portal. Under the Lease tab they can add insurance information and documents which are shared in the Residents Insurance tab.
