Moving an owner out of a unit

When an owner sells a unit updating the owner information and the resident information is done separately. To move-out an owner that was moved into a unit and create a historical record of their residency

1. From the property menu locate the property and then unit that was sold
2. Click on the unit 
3. Click on the menu kebab in the Term section of the Owner Occupancy
4. Select End Occupancy
5. Enter the date the unit was sold and click Remove Owner Resident
