A lease may need to be terminated before the lease end date if a tenant moves out early or is evicted.
- Locate the unit with the lease that needs to be terminated, and scroll down past the Unit Details until you see the Lease Details
- From the kebab menu on the lease select Terminate Lease
- Enter the End Date and Move-out reason for the lease termination and click Terminate
