Updating Condo Fees for All Units

An increase can be made to the condo fee amount for each unit in a property. This can be made as an adjustment or an update to the existing condo fees.

1. On the side menu, click Properties 

2. Locate the property where you need to update the information and select Update condo fees from the kebab menu for that property

3. Select if the condo fees should be split evenly among the units or based on unit factor

4. If this is an adjustment to the existing condo fees select Enter an adjusting amount 

5. Enter the total property increase amount and click next

6. Review each unit and change any units individually. When finished click save
