Autopay Activity

Track Autopay transaction activity and payment statuses

The Autopay Activity page provides a dashboard view of all Autopay transactions processed through your account. From this page, you can review payment collections, settlement activity, and returned transactions in one location.

The dashboard allows you to monitor the status of Autopay transactions and track funds as they move through the collection and settlement process.

Filtering Activity

Use the date filter at the top of the page to review Autopay activity for a specific period.

The dashboard will summarize:

  • Amount Withdrawn for Payments

  • Collection Amounts Settled to Bank

  • Returned Transactions

Expanding and Collapsing Categories

Each transaction category is displayed in its own section.

To expand or collapse a category:

  1. Locate the arrow on the right side of the category box.

  2. Select the arrow to expand the section and view transaction details.

  3. Select the arrow again to minimize the section.

Sorting Information

You can sort transaction information within each category by selecting the arrows beside the column headings.

Selecting a column header will allow you to sort the information in ascending or descending order.


Amount Withdrawn for Payments

This section displays Autopay collections that have been submitted for withdrawal from tenant bank accounts.

The following information is displayed:

  • Date

  • Bank Account

  • Reference Number

  • Status

  • Amount

Status Definitions

Sent

  • The transaction information has been submitted to the banking system for processing.

Successful

  • The funds have successfully cleared and been collected.


Collection Amounts Settled to Bank

This section displays collected funds that have been deposited into your bank account.

The following information is displayed:

  • Settlement Date

  • Bank Account

  • Reference Number

  • Status

  • Amount

Status Definitions

Sent

  • The settlement information has been sent for processing.

Successful

  • The funds have been successfully deposited into the bank account.


Returned Transactions

This section displays Autopay transactions that were returned by the bank.

The following information is displayed:

  • Date

  • Payee

  • Reference Number

  • Property and Unit

  • Return Reason

  • Amount

Searching Returned Transactions

Use the search bar within the Returned Transactions section to locate specific transactions.

You can search for returned transactions using information such as:

  • Payee name

  • Property or unit

  • Reference number

Return Reasons

The Return Reason column identifies why the bank returned the transaction. Common reasons may include insufficient funds, closed accounts, invalid banking information, or other banking errors.

The Autopay Activity dashboard helps you:

  • Monitor Autopay collections.

  • Track funds as they settle to your bank account.

  • Review returned transactions and return reasons.

  • Verify transaction statuses.

  • Research payment activity within a selected date range.

  • Quickly locate specific Autopay transactions using sorting and search tools.

The Autopay Activity page serves as the central location for reviewing and managing all Autopay transaction activity in your account.
